Evitec Solutions expands its offering with sales and customer service tools – acquires Rohea Software Oy

Evitec Solutions has agreed to acquire Rohea Software Oy. The acquisition brings Evitec the PACE platform, a SaaS-based Front Service solution that utilizes AI tools to enhance the work of salespeople and specialists. Together, the companies offer their customers an even more comprehensive package.

Rohea Software Oy’s PACE platform complements Evitec’s SaaS portfolio and strengthens its position as an AI-driven trusted partner. PACE supports the work of salespeople and experts in customer encounters, integrates seamlessly with CRM systems and automates repetitive routines with AI tools. Customers include S-Pankki, Fennia, Fluxio and Terveystalo.

Rohea brings us strong expertise in digitalizing customer encounters and making salespeople more efficient.
