Profit Software rebrands as Evitec

Evitec is a leading provider of system solutions and consulting services to the Nordic insurance and banking service industry. It also offers analytics and information management services.

Evitec, as the IT partner of choice has been helping companies evolve and grow in the financial sector for over three decades. It is now launching a new brand in all countries and markets of operation.

- We have considered the name change carefully. During the decades we’ve grown from being a one-product IT vendor to being a versatile specialist. Our mission is creating a better functioning and a more sustainable future for our customers. The new brand opens a new chapter for Evitec, states CEO Ilkka Starck.

While at first established as a software company, the offerings today are a combination of products, point solutions, consulting services as well as business intelligence services.

- Our customers include some of the largest financial companies and institutions in Finland and Sweden. It has taken time and effort to become the market leader in life insurance solutions in Finland and our mortgage banking solution system processes almost 50% of Finnish mortgages. We have also built a market leading management team, clarifies Starck.

Growth is sought organically and through acquisitions across the Nordics

Evitec has grown from a company of 10 employees to more than 350 employees in three countries.
